Twisting :
Cores are twisted in pairs, triads, quads to form an element

Shielding :
Taped Aluminium Mylar with drain wire (Individual and Overall)

Optional Braiding of annealed bare/tinned copper used in Instrumentation, Themocouple, Co-Axial Cables etc.

Laying Up :
Elements are laid up together in concentric circles

Inner & Outer Sheath :
PVC, HR PVC, FR PVC, FS PVC, FRLS PVC, LDPE, Taped Teflon, Fibreglass, Asbestos, T.P.E etc.

Armour :
Round GI Wire (0.90mm/1.40mm) etc./GI Strip (4.00x0.80 mm)

Optional Braiding of round GI Wire/S.S Wire/N.P.C Wire/S.P.C Wire

Electrical Properties :
Conductor Resistance, Insulation Resistance, Volume Resistivity, High Voltage, Capacitance, L/R Ratio, Loop Resistance (Only for Thermocouple Cables)

Limits of error (only for Thermocouple Cables) Any other critical property
